Paul Vargas did a phenomenal job fixing my shower! He was polite, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He even showed me where my main water shut off valve is located in case of an emergency, after I mentioned I didnt know where it was. Also, as a woman living alone, I felt very much at ease having him in my home. I appreciate that he was not only skilled but also respectful and professional. I wouldnt hesitate to call Paul again or recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Calling a plumber for a leak is already nerve-racking, however when when you first place the service call in the office Dayna, to the tech Zack and team it was a great experience, extremely clean throughout the whole process, specially when they have to go thru your tile floors. While it was stressful they made it the best experience possible.

This is a very professional organization. They were always available to take a call and answer my questions. Their appointment scheduling and follow-through was perfect. I enjoyed working with this company and would use them again in the future as needed.

Toilet was leaking. Someone came the day after I called and fixed it.

The Team at South Florida Plumbing and Back Flow were able to Diagnose our 46 year old Condominium buildings problem thru camera feedback, locating bellies and blockages that required tunneling under the slab and removal of ALL steel piping throughout our south building with PVC and Valves, restoring the plumbing to its normal operating status. The project was estimated, started and completed on time and on budget as quoted with permitting and final inspections that passed on time. Were online and working perfectly. He immediately diagnosed what the problem was and explained to me what he needed to do to resolve my issue. From the moment I called the office and spoke with Diane, to the prompt follow-up from the Manager, Jay, the customer service was exceptional. Dealing with a slab leak so close to hosting family was incredibly stressful, but the way the team handled everything brought me peace of mind. The manager was so helpful and answered my questions, explaining the procedure. They completely re-piped the house, installed a new water heater and replaced the pipes in the laundry room. They cleaned up every area they worked in and not a scrap was left . It was a professional job start to finish. In addition. Recently had our cast iron pipes replaced. SFP&B did a great job. Very professional and timely. The entire crew was respectful and helpful throughout the job. After the job, there were a couple small items which needed tweaking, and they were right out to fix. I would I highly recommend this company.

These are good people! They replaced my water heater about a year ago and now replaced the water fittings behind my washer. Came same day that I called to replace the fittings in washer. They were also extremely reasonable with pricing for both jobs.

April was a very, very stressful month for my household, my homeowners insurance canceled my policy because of the polybutylene pipes. After, getting quotes upwards of $25k, Glen from South Florida Plumbing literally set my mind at ease. Fantastic company! Highly recommend. They installed an outdoor shower , did excavation, permitting, and installation. On time, neat install. Very professional

The only down side is the shower was turned on to release pressure and my wife had put her makeup, perfume and other stuff in the shower to keep it out of the way and the tech forgot to shut off the shower before the main valve was turned back on. I'll be hearing about this for years to come! So thanks for that. Otherwise, great job.
